Therapy Services
Depression & Anxiety
Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, Jen is able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
Children & Adolescents
With several years of experience as a school-based therapist at all grade levels, Jen has extensive knowledge of the unique challenges presented by working with ages 4-18. Jen is trained in TF-CBT, Adlerian Play therapy, and sand tray. She is working towards her RPT certification.
Life Transitions
We go through many transitions throughout life. These can be challenging times for children and adults. Jen is passionate about working with children and adults going through transitional periods, particularly divorce, separation, and custodial situations.
